Warranty Information

In the event that any INRO™ product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, INRO™’s only obligation and your exclusive remedy shall be to repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of such product – upon timely notification of the defect, and substantiation that the product has been stored, maintained and used in accordance with INRO™’s written instruction.

EXCLUSION TO WARRANTY:
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHER WARRANTY – EXCEPT WARRANTY OF TITLE AND AGAINST PATENT INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

Except as provided above, INRO™ shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect incidental, special or consequential arising out of the sale, use or misuse of INRO™ products, or the users’s inability to use such products. THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OD INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THAT THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
